Release 1.9.5
Today we are releasing Selamnew 1.9.5 (Quarter 2, Sprint 5)—featuring AI-assisted candidate screening and job matching, stronger payroll exports and communications, clearer payroll sheets, OKR progress that can reflect real over-achievement, faster leave approvals, deeper time-and-attendance and audit support, improved org structure views, and a wide set of fixes and UX refinements across the platform.
We are happy to share Selamnew 1.9.5, part of our Quarter 2 work and labeled internally as Sprint 5. This announcement covers a mix of new capabilities you can try right away, quality improvements you will feel in daily work, and fixes that remove blockers our customers reported during real payroll, OKR, and hiring cycles.
We focused especially on Talent Acquisition with responsible AI support, payroll reliability and clarity, OKR accuracy on dashboards and in pay-linked calculations, and overall responsiveness when managers and admins move through approvals and high-traffic screens.
Highlights in this release
New
- AI-powered candidate screening and job matching (Talent Acquisition): We are rolling out an AI job matching experience that helps evaluate how well a candidate fits a role, together with AI-based CV parsing and normalization powered by Microsoft Azure AI. The release includes semantic job–candidate matching with clear relevance scores, automated candidate scoring and shortlisting, and integration into the Talent Acquisition experience you already use, with role-based access and logging on a secure Azure-native setup so your team can adopt it with confidence.
- Payroll bulk sending and selective export: Payroll communications now support bulk email sending with controlled batch timing to protect mail delivery. You can also export only the documents you choose instead of exporting everything by default, which saves time when you only need a subset of files.
- Payroll sheet enhancements: Payroll sheets now show employee TIN where relevant, use clearer benefit labels (repayable vs non-repayable), present deductions and allowances in a more logical order, and make gross salary and variable pay easier to read at a glance.
- OKR over-achievement support: OKR progress can now go above 100% when teams truly exceed plan, and that reality is reflected on dashboards, reports, and progress bars. For variable pay linked to OKR, calculations remain capped at 100% so compensation rules stay predictable for finance.
- Time & Attendance and leave: The leave approval flow now fetches and uses leave balance before approval decisions. Leave approvers gain better visibility into approved leave records, and we continue to expand audit logs in selected modules so important changes remain traceable.
- Organization structure: Organization structure views now support zoom for easier navigation on large charts, along with clearer export options when you need to share structure outside the product.
Improved
- Pay slip visibility: After payroll processing, pay slip sending is more prominent in the workflow so busy administrators are less likely to miss the step.
- OKR progress and dashboard: OKR progress updates immediately after daily or weekly reporting. Filters include a reset-all option, and dashboard cards are easier to notice when you are scanning a full OKR overview.
- “Approve All” leave actions: Approve-all style actions for leave are significantly faster for large batches, so approvers spend less time waiting on the browser.
- Attendance imports: During attendance imports, we temporarily reduced duplicate-style email notifications so inboxes are not flooded while data is being processed.
- Login and sidebar: The login screen has improved contrast and layout. The sidebar navigation now keeps only one open menu group at a time, which reduces visual noise and makes deep navigation easier to follow.
- UI consistency: We refined tooltips, button contrast, typography, and scrollbar behavior so the product feels more polished and consistent screen to screen.
Fixed
- Approval logs now load more quickly for the signed-in user instead of slowing the page down.
- OKR dashboard issues on staging and test environments are addressed for more reliable pre-production checks.
- Staging and lint-related deployment issues are cleaned up to keep release pipelines smoother.
- System check-in no longer occurs for users who are on approved leave, so attendance signals stay truthful.
- When approvers are missing from a chain, users now see clearer guidance on how to resolve the configuration.
- Created by and updated by fields no longer reference the wrong user in affected records.
- Excel downloads in Talent Acquisition job details work again as expected.
- Download status indicators help prevent repeated clicks while a file is already generating.
- Sidebar state now persists correctly after a page refresh.
- Calendar selections, status badges, and font sizing are corrected for clearer reading.
